Return and Refund Policy

We guarantee a full refund if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, provided the item is returned within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

All returned items must be in their original condition, including labels and packaging. All goods will be inspected upon return.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds on underwear.

Faulty items may be returned for a replacement or a full refund. Please email [email protected] before sending any goods back. All returns will be processed within 5 working days.

Please note that returned goods remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We recommend using a postal service that provides insurance for the value of the items being returned.
