Christmas Returns Policy

We’ve extended our returns policy for Christmas 2025. Orders placed between 28th November 2025 and 25th December 2025 can be returned within 30 days in its original condition for a full refund

Orders placed before 28th November 2025 or after 25th December 2025 will follow our standard returns policy as outlined below.

We offer a full refund if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, provided the item is returned within 14 days of receipt.

All returned items must be in their original condition, including all labels and packaging. All goods will be inspected upon return.

For hygiene reasons, underwear is non-refundable. Faulty items may be returned for a replacement or full refund.

Please contact [email protected] before returning any goods. All returns will be processed within 5 working days.

Please note that returned goods remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We strongly recommend using a postal service that provides insurance for the value of the returned items.
